@rattlehead I've already had to replace mine, as you say, the plastic case on the stock extruder is junk. Mine cracked so badly it would no longer 'grip' the filament, resulting in almost every print failing.
Disappointing for a product thats only about 3 months old

Please check which part produces abnormal sound, whether it is the printing platform or the Z-axis motor;
Remove the printing platform and try to home again to check whether there is any abnormal sound
I am trying to do a filament swap in prusa slicer but it just prints the entire object with no stop to swap filament. Does anyone know does the M600 command work on this machine? Is there a different way to do a filament swap during a print? I used to do it on my old homemade reprap by slicing the model more than once and telling it to for instance slice layers 1-10 then slice it again telling it to slice 11-20 but I was hoping for a better way.

Hi, @bbroyles86 Every printer must have a port to connect it, so long as it is connected, it can print online. It means that if you want 6 printers to work at the same time, then you need 6 USB to connect the computer and 6 printer respectively.
but we don't recommend you to do this, It is likely to cause problems. The design of printer is one-on-one, that is to say, one computer can be connected to one printer.
