It may be because of the wrong firmware, please confirm whether the motherboard of this machine has an adapter, if not, you need to brush the corresponding firmware without the adapter.

We have different firmware for BL touch, please check if you flash the right firmware.
If your BL touch has the green Adaptor plate, please flash the firmware with Adaptor.
