I have a 64 symbol wifi password (max according standards) and creality configuration page (at first install) does not accept 64 symbols. Only 63 symbols work flawless. I had comparable problem with some completely other products which used a 64byte string and forgot the \0 at the end. Maybe you could check the code here.
