If you get the error “Autofocus failed unknown error” while using Design Space, make sure to turn off “Return Origin After Autofocus” in the Device Settings.
Last night, thinking I was doing something really smart and cool, I tuned that little jewel on, then promptly forgot about it. This morning Autofocus kept “failing”. I banged my head on a wall for a better part of 3 hours before I remembered how cool and smart I was last night. I think the neighborhood kids may have picked up some new and colorful language…sorry neighbors. I’ll make you some coasters or something to make up for that.
As soon as I turned off “Return Origin After Autofocus” everything worked fine again. Does anybody have some Tylenol they can spare? I have a splitting headache now.
