Breaks Extruder Gears Jams and Wont Run

I am working on trouble shooting a brand new Ender 3 V3 plus. This printer has honestly been a dumpster fire of late even though I was impressed with it at first… The issues started when I ran our first long 40hr print when the gears on the printer broke mid print but the printer kept running… This caused the nozzle to bun up and jam stuck. I contacted tech support and they sent me new parts. Fantastic installed the new gear box and ran fin until after running a long 30hr print followed by two short 30min prints again the printer failed mid print. This time I caught it and was able to abort before it burned up the nozzle. I check gear box and the bearing for driver gear was coming out of the gear. Note this gear box did not make 50hrs of run time… I fortunately had another gear box I ordered just encase for quick repairs so I put it in but after printing 40min fine the printer started air printing again and will not run it seams to idle up and down in place. The gear box looks fine but motor is hot. I asked and a couple other forums and this seams to be a common issue with the extruder on the v3 plus system. On a standard ender I could upgrade to a direct drive but they are not compatible with the v3 plus. Does anyone have a solution to fix this issue otherwise I might try to return this printer and buy a Prusa…Note I bought this because enders have a good reputation but I think the changes to this plus model are for the worse. Am I better down grading to a standard and getting a direct drive? I love the slicer system on this printer…
