Hello, dear community members! Welcome to the Sparkx family. I want to share my joy at purchasing a printer using Creality Cloud points. After 691 days of daily check-ins, completing assignments, and earning points to purchase a Sparkx, I was able to earn points. Creality support was incredibly helpful, resolving delivery issues. They’re always available, very polite, and responsive, and they have a very good approach to their customers. I consider the entire Creality team to be the best! 
I bought my first Ender 3 in 2020, now I have a K1C, and now I have a Sparkx. Creality has made significant progress, pushing the entire 3D printing industry forward and enabling people to create at home. A huge thank you to the entire Creality team for this! Where do you live? How long did it take for the printer to arrive from the day you bought it? I wonder if this system works in Argentina; will it get there? I wonder.
