hi everyone can somebody please tell me why i can only get video feed from one printer now on my pc on the mobile version of the workbench i can get video on both but not the pc was told its a bug and would be fixed on the next update which has come and gone but its still the same .
I have tried even resttting the printer to factory settings and doing a manual firmware update but nothing am i missing something .
any help would be great thanks.
