hi . ive just started up my falcon a1 after not using for a week or so n have found my camera wont work ,it wont take photo, jst has little load symbol ,ive also tried to calibrate it but it wont let me , could some one please tell me how i can get it to work again ,thankyou in advance
I am having the same issue that started this week. I changed the port it was plugged into on my laptop and it worked for a bit, but now it is not being recognised again. It does seem to show up as a PC Camera, but this doesn’t work and pressing ‘Photo’ just causes it to spin endlessly. Really fustrating. I’ve tried another PC too without the most recent windows update on it too, in case it was that, but it’s still doing the same. Creality have messed up here I think, and they so far, have not contacted me back after sending them a photo of the issue and my serial no. (less than 3 months old machine!)
