Can I return K2 Plus Printer before 1 year?

I have had my K2 Plus for almost a year now and when it works, I love it. I’ve printed over a hundred different models. But, I have had a number of failures that have required me to request parts from Creality and self install. The first major repair included the main board PCBA, Nozzle drag chain bus and communications bus. This repair was difficult but successful. The second repair was the nozzle board, E motor wire and circular extrusion motor. This second repair has not worked out, and I cannot get the printer to extrude any filament. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

I’ve been unable to find any authorized repair places, if there even are any. Do you think I can return the printer for a replacement?

Hey Peter, I am sorry you have had so many failures. I have had my share of issues and support is usually good about helping you but I totally understand how you feel. I did have to get one replaced but I had only had it three weeks when we got it resolved so I am not sure after about a year. For my curiosity, how many hours is on your printer?
