Can not get my K1C with CFS Bed Plate to Auto Level

I have a K1C with CFS. My bed mesh is way off. I have tried getting the printer to Auto level but it just never wants to level out. I have measured from the top of the printer frame to the top of the Bed Plate mounting bracket. The left side gives me a measurement of 125.12mm and the right side gives me 126.33. I tried many suggestions from ChatGPT. Powered off, unplugged and tried moving one of the z axis screws to get the system to auto adjust, no change. I can push down on the bed and both screws seem to turn equally.

I run into problems when I try and print multiple parts, I end up with adhesive problems and loose parts during print, requiring me to cancel the print. I’m using a CryoGrip Glacier plate.

Looking for any suggestions, been very frustrating.

Let me ask a silly question. Have you cleaned and re-lubricated the lead screws? Also, does this happen with any other build plate? I ask these two questions because that 1.53MM spread, it’s a wonder you can get anything to stick or for that matter, you’re not experiencing nozzle crashes.

I have re-lubed the screws. I have been getting that with all plates. I bought a CryoGrip Glacier and stand alone parts do good. I have the problems when I do multiple parts, using more than the center of the plate. I have experienced nozzle crashes, little parts sticking to the nozzle when they get brushed off. As you probably guessed. I’m new to 3d printing. I have 30+ years in engineering design and 3d modeling.
