Cannot print my uploaded models, only ones direct print from "explore"

Hello!

If I slice some of my uploaded models and send to print, it shows the “creality heart” as if loading or sending to the printer but then nothing happens. It’s as if it times out and won’t send at all. Some of these are models i’ve printed before but removed from my local files.

But if I tap the “explore” button, and hit the “One-Click Printing” button, it sends to printer, no problem and prints just fine.

I have my own designs I would like to print rather for my business…any ideas on how I can get this back up and running?

Creality is so frustrating to work with :enraged_face:

Which printer is this exactly? As you posted it in the software category not in a printer sub forum. And where do you try to upload it from? Creality Print 7?
