cant remove hot end even after heating

Purchased this i7 about a week ago while on sale at Michaels. Worked great then blobbed during a print job this morning. Until this point I have never done any maintenance on it or had any issues (literally a week old). I took apart the feeder assembly the way the tech support photos show and made sure it was clear. The feeder path is clear but I can see white filament in the top of the nozzle. Long story short I can’t get the stupid print head out. I’m pulling really hard but it will not move even when the thing is heated to 240 for several minutes. If I pull on the release thing much harder I am afraid it will break. It had Creality Hyper PLA in it when it jammed. Video showing me trying to pull it is here.

You don’t need to heat it. Here is a video I posted on my channel about how to remove it easily https://www.youtube.com/shorts/T9E0mzLtRPU

Make sure it is cold and that the filament has been cut (manually use the filament cutter to be certain it is) ore removed.
