I exchanged my K2 at Microcenter today after it failed a firmware rollback. The new printer is working great, but I noticed the camera was black when trying to view it. Turns out there was a black rubber cap over the chamber camera. Once I removed it, there was a picture.
You mean as per the directions printed under the camera and in the user guide?

Oh, the directions. Lol. I bought mine as open box and the first one must have been missing that little rubber cover.
