CFS Buffer issues

I just picked up a creality hi combo to replace my 6 year old ender 3 V2. From the start, I am getting buffer errors from the CFS. On every single print that I have run since yesterday, i’m getting constant buffer errors. I am using a new roll Zyltech PLA, on a plastic spool. I know there is no tangle because I am watching the printer as the error is occurring.

Is this a common issue?

I think I have it figured out. After putting the shortest PTFE tube that was in the package between the CFS and the 4 to 1 adapter, no more buffer errors
