Hi ALL!

After 1 month work, about 150 hours my CFS-C filament sensor is DEAD! CFS periodically report that filament os finish? but the material is in extruder fnd well! If I slightly touch filament in txtrider - all work for small time… I trying search spare part number in Creality, Ali - but nothing find…
May be snybody from this forum can HELP me?

Thank You, but is not right sensor. I need sensor mount to extruder…

This is the filament sensor installed on the print head for the CFS-C? You don’t say which printer, but I had this issue with a k1 max, so that’s what I’m assuming. The filament sensor for my printer had never worked since new. It didn’t worry me, but with the CFS-C it’s required. So I reported it to creality and they sent me a new printer motherboard. This fixed the problem. The problem can be the filament sensor itself, the cable, or the motherboard. If you disconnect the cable from the printhead sensor and connect it back to the original sensor, then poke some filament in, the blue light should come on. If it works for the original sensor, but not the printhead sensor, then you need a printhead sensor. If it doesn’t come on for either the original or print head sensor, then the issue is either the cable, or the motherboard. I’d really double-check the cable connection. And make sure the pins are seated and look even in the connectors. If that looks ok, then the problem is probably the motherboard?

Printer K1MAX. I recover to factory schema, with standart sensor and put in sensor some filament. All work fine! I defenitly sure, what root cause of problen - sensor on extruder from CFS-C kit! It work some time, about 20-50 hours…
