CP-01 Is anybody using this machine?

The Print head on my CP-01 (FDM Printer, Laser engraver and CNC Engraver in one) printer has died when I switch the machine on the nozzle temperature shows 250 degrees and the machine doesn’t run.

Creality don’t seem to want to admit that they ever made these as there is no reference to it on the website and there are certainly no spares available.

Anyway, my questions are:

  1. Has anyone got one of these machines?
  2. Has anyone experience this before and if so, how did you cure it? Thanks in advance, Loz Brady

… so they can’t deny they ever made it or sold it…

They don’t have any spares or offer any support for it, and I have tried several times to get spares. Creality just say buy them from a third party. Ive searched amazon Ali Express etc with no luck at all.
