Hello everyone,
I have a Creality CR-10 SE and I keep getting the error:
“Level sensor communication anomaly.”
Things I have tried so far:

Resetting the printer to factory settings

Restarting the machine
-
Running the automatic self-tests (but it fails to pass them)
After doing this, the error still appears and I cannot complete the leveling process.
Does anyone know what might be causing this? Could it be an issue with the strain sensors under the bed, the CR-Touch probe, or a firmware problem? Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
