Cr-Scan Raptor with ScanBridge Both Latest Firmware as of 3/22/25.
Tested both with ScanBridge and Direct Cable.
I am getting the above issue only on infrared scanning mode. Will not detect anything. The IR camera works well on Blue Laser Mode.
Update: 3/23/25: Got it working again by rolling back (using cable) to 1.3.5 and factory resetting. Issue appears to related to updating the firmware to 1.3.8 though the scanbridge.
