Hi guys.
My machine is new and work for about 400hrs.
From start had this problem but now it cant print anything healthy
Some has big circle pattern on surface
Some has wavy wall + layer shift on embeded text
Some prints get wavy wavy on all object after 1-3cm heaight after start.
Its cant print curve or circle object at all.
Please help me fix this
Hi! Sorry that you’re experiencing issues with your printer. Have you checked if all the screws are tightened? Did you run a calibration? There might be some looseness. You can also check if the X,Y belts have proper tension.

Yes i do the all steps.
Run several calibration
I cheked timing belt tension
All screws are tight.
This issue appears for this specific filament? Have you tried any other filament? What are your printing settings? Quality, speed, strength tabs?
It doesn’t matter what filament Or what settings i use.
Same result appers.
Its appers when x y moving toghether.
See the edge of round objects
Hmm, please try to contact Creality support, they can try to verify what could be the issue and help with replace some parts if it is needed. Indeed, it doesn’t seem to be the problem with the settings or filament, etc.

Hello friends I found the problem.
The belt retainer under the hotbed was completely loose and two of its screws were loose. I tightened them and re-assmbled everything and tested it and it worked.
I sent problem section and test print after start.
