First of all hello to everyone that is reading, my creality hi came 2 days ago and i love it. But recently the nozzle started to scratch the plate. I always do calibration before the prints so i dont know what to do. Also i am a complete beginner so thanks to everyone who is willing to help me. Also its only the purge line. The prints on the center or even close to center dont scratch on the first layer.
you can change that by modify your g code command, you need to search what g code you need to change before the print start, you can even change where you want to purge and everything. that thing has to do with z offset of the purge line
Having the same issue as OP. Y z offset is good but during the initial wipe it drags and doesn’t extrude. Looked at the G-code but don’t see an obvious incorrect value. So any guidance on the HI G-code for initial wipe z setting would be awesome.
