Hello, I have a Creality Hi 3D printer. The other day, the firmware update was interrupted halfway through. I turned the printer off and on again, and it initially started normally. I then started a print, but before the print could begin, the printer suddenly shut itself down and has not turned on again since.
I am also attaching a photo of the motherboard. What do you think could be causing the problem, and what would be the solution?
i think the problem could be only the power unit of the machine, or your wall outlet might be in poor condition or have inadequate wiring, causing momentary power interruptions that lead to this issue. If the outlet was indeed faulty—perhaps due to thin or low-quality wiring—and the problem persists even after fixing it or plugging the printer into a different, properly functioning outlet, then the original outlet likely fried the printer’s power supply or another component.
