The Y-axis stepper motor (42-48) is not working. The problem seems to be in the stepper driver PCB mounted together the motor. I need an indication were I can buy the motor and the PCB. I found a component burned on circuit board.
Is your printer covered by the warranty?
I contacted support when my camera image was fuzzy. They walked me through a couple of diagnostic steps then sent a replacement.
Just a bit of a time delay on the responses, but I had good experiance.
