Title: Creality K2 Pro Combo stuck during Auto Leveling in Self-Inspection

Hello everyone,

I have a Creality K2 Pro Combo and I’m experiencing an issue during the printer’s Self-Inspection / Self-Test.

The test goes through all the previous steps normally, but when it reaches the final step, Auto Leveling, it gets stuck and does not proceed.

There is:

  • No error message.

  • No failure notification.

  • No success/completion message.

  • The printer simply remains stuck on the Auto Leveling step indefinitely.

I have tried waiting for the process to finish, but it never moves past this stage.

Has anyone experienced the same issue with the K2 Pro Combo?
What could be causing the Auto Leveling process to get stuck, and what steps can I take to fix it?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I had got exact same problem with brand new K2, printer got stuck on Auto Leveling for hours.

The only thing that helped was to insert USB stick with the newest firmware, upon start-up printer will detect it and let you proceed with the upgrade.
