Just bought a K2 pro. And am awaiting it to arrive but redownloaded the newest version of creality Print. And was trying to remove my old printers and add news ones but as soon as it happens the application immediately shutdown. No error just closes

Do you have any home-settings ? Ifnot, just delete the app and download it back. It will open again by asking you to choose the printer to add.
If you do, go back in the app. In settings, check “Auto settings”, connect to your CrealityCloud account and it will be saved up before deleting the app
