Creality Slicer support regarding fixing shortcomings.

I have been using Creality devices in Turkey for many years. I have used many series, including the K series, Hi series, and currently one of the most up-to-date models, the K1, K2 Plus Combo, and many others. Despite repeatedly contacting Creality live support over the years, I have received no progress or response. We cannot remotely write files via Creality Slicer, and we have no proper control over the devices. Although this is a serious problem, and despite reporting it numerous times, we cannot control our devices from our phones or remotely while connected to mobile data or another network, and we cannot use them fully functionally. While this can be done without problems with other brands, we cannot benefit from it. @creality, please respond to resolve this issue.

I’ve checked with our R&D team regarding your issue. Based on the information so far, it seems the wide-area network (WAN) functionality may not be working as expected on your side, possibly due to a specific bug or usage-related issue.

To better understand what’s happening, could you please record a short video showing the issue and share it with us? This will help us investigate and support you more effectively.

… it’s not the device but the user who doesn’t understand how thinks work… I manage all my printers by sending files remote to the printer…

You only shout that things are not working, but not telling what steps you took to get acces to the printer(s). First check if you are allowed to acces the printer via network…

You know so well, can you show me how to write and send files from a computer and mobile phone (using mobile data) while you’re on a different network, in a video format? You know how to use the device very well, but you and the device will be on different networks.
