If that is version 6.xxx then I suggest uninstalling it because it is still with various problems and not really ready for install.
Install version 5.1.6xxx as it seems the most stable.
Yet, if you would like to install what many find much better, install Orca. It is what Creality Print is trying to catch up to.

Will this still allow the ender 3 V3 KE to still be able to print from wifi? I am asking as I would like to find something a little more stable but not sure if it will work that way or not.

If the slicer you are currently using gives you WiFi access, the Orca will also.
Orca is laid out a little differently but is easy to get used to. The latest is version 2.3.
