Dowload help with new Creality Falcon 10W

Somebody help!!! Grrrrr. I just got my Falcon 10W for laser engraving.

– I downloaded LaserGRBL

– I can download files into LaserGRBL.

– I can adjust parameters and settings.

– I have both the TF card and the Type-C cable and have connected both independently from the other to the Falcon 10W.

– I turn on the machine. It beeps. I push the button once to Frame but the unit does nothing.

QUESTION 1: Do I need any other drivers or programs beyond LaserGRBL?

QUESTION 2: Does LaserGRBL automatically save the file as gcode?

You can use Falcon Design Space if you want ta free option for the Falcon:

Try if it works via USB.
LaserGRBL also can save the file as GCODE but not sure if you did do that.
You must put the GCODE file on the root directory of the microSD card. Move the old engravings to a subfolder.
