Hello Everyone! I have an Ender 3 V3 SE printer with an auto Z-offset problem. When I turn on the printer, I can choose the language. After that, the printer tries to adjust the offset, and the CR-Touch works normally. However, after heating the nozzle, the printer moves down too far and scrapes the heat plate (even bending whole bed). After a couple of tries (moving to the center point of the heat plate and using the CR-Touch again), the printer throws an error about height failure. The left corner of the heat plate is now quite badly damaged. Also, I’ve measured resistance of strain gauge, and between white and green line is ±998ohm - what can I do next?
