Got a used creality ender 3v3 se and am happy with it, but there are 2 rounded screws on the front of the body that the print bed keeps fouling any tips on how to fix it

Looking at your picture the bed support plate is bent.
You will need to remove this and attempt to straighten it.
I would imagine the bed mesh will be all over the place and can cause 1st layer issues.
