We just bought this printer for my son for Christmas and at first it was printing fine and we were just printing fidget type toys. Now we the print keeps stopping at random spots and a message pops up that reads "last unexpected stoppage detected.
I have updated the firmware, i have updated creality slicing software. We make sure all the print settings are for our printer and the filament we are using. Im at a loss, and creality itself is a hard company to reach.
Any help would be appreciated!
