Ender3 v3 plus language problem

Hi there
I have ender3 v3 plus
There is no language option and stuck on chinese
and the printer available on pc but still offline on mobile app !!
Cant update firmware always show me faild message
Any solutions?

Have you used google lense and go into setting and change language? Or factory reset and try setting language again?

what do you mean by Google Lense?

i have tried to install the updates but as u said they didnt work. ive understand the img files of updates has password and guess chinese version printer have internal decoder to decode the password which is different with decoder of global version one.
