Extruder clog from hell

Using Silk Gold PLA. Printed five coasters a with it yesterday. Looked nice so I thought I’d do a colour swatch to remind me what I used. Black went through fine. Yellow never even made it to the build plate. CFS totally locked up Can’t get any of the Boden tubes off. Decided to open up extruder and…

I’m left with this - the fluffy shredded filament jammed in the extruder casing…and no idea how to free it as the boden tube won’t budge.

I did manage to clear this with excellent help from a video by 3D Rundown on Youtube. I think without his advice I’d never have got the Extruder release arm spring back in - assuming I hadn’t lost it completely in the first place!

I’m not going to whine about the brand in general though…but I must say the first person who makes a Lazy Susan that can spin this 35kg beast so I can get at the back easier to do the maintenance…I’m your first customer!
