Recently the cutting power of my 22w cutter has been dropping off.- (please see comparison pictures)
Cuts Done on 5mm MDF with good ventilation and downdraft fan.

I have rechecked Lightburn setup (It was OK)

Checked focal height (multiple time to get best result)

Checked and cleaned the lens (was not Dirty)

De-carbonised the heat sinks (minor soot)

Checked all the connections for security and tightness.

Did a out of focus burn test onto a MDF card to check strength and number of diodes working (see Pictures for setup and result)
Noticed One diode was very low on brightness and did not burn MDF card like the other 3 diodes.
I have contacted :cs@creality.com but they have not responded yet - 3days.
