This thing doesn’t frame correctly to engrave like on round coasters. I manually try to align with the images, but it will still engrave half on the coaster. No errors, nothing. I do auto focus and frame beforehand. I have done the calibration on it, I have even shrunk the images, but still, nothing is working correctly. I have only had this for maybe 4 days now. Ideas or help?
