Falcon pro 2 60W long items

I want to laser a longer wooden board with my Falcon 2 Pro 60W laser machine. To do this, I removed the bottom drawer and slid the board underneath the machine. However, LightBurn indicates that I can only operate the laser when the top lid is closed and the drawer is fully inserted.

Is there a solution that would allow me to laser with the drawer removed?

There are two blue button switches, when you lean inside of the device, on the front left side. These disable the safety of the drawer and the top lid.

You should wear safety glasses then, because if you manipulate it like that it’s not a class 1 laser anymore.
