My Creality Hi printer has filament stuck inside the filament buffer. How can I open the filament buffer?

The buffer case comes open quite easily if you lever it gently with a fine blade or screwdriver. Little bit at a time on both sides. Once the filament is cleared out it will clip back together quite easily.
