How long does it take for postage where you live when you buy filament.
I have found the FASTEST to be Amazon if the filament is in Australia ( 2days-3days max).
Delivery $0.
Yet, when purchasing filament from an Australian company that “has stock”, it can take 1 +1/2 weeks. Delivery $12-15.
What do you find where you live ?

When I buy direct from Sunlu it can take a week, but if I buy off the Sunlu shop on Amazon a couple of days, both with £0 delivery. Buying Sunlu off of Aliexpress is cheaper but a couple of weeks.

Don’t know about MOQ as I order 5 rolls at a time, still free, I think there is a localised (europe or UK) warehouse. After a bit of checking they have a unit in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.

I received this reply email to my question regards the filament not shipped in their own boxes as does every other brand I have bought.
I think it is quite rude and is asking if I want to pay extra for boxes or simply move on.
to me
we haven’t used boxes for 2 years, they add to the shipping weight pushing it up in all aspects, I’d suggest buying elsewhere as we won’t be ever going back to boxes, it saves 2000$ every 20000 spools in the shipping and handling from china, and it saves a further 2000$ in last mile shipping, when you have 4 rolls of filament it weights 5.2kg with boxes without boxes it weighs 5kg making it ship for 10$ instead of 17$. With my margins the boxes do nothing to help it but make that margin worse. If your happy to pay for boxes we can add them to each order for 80cents extra but you’ll pay more in shipping.
this is outlined in the transparency article so it’s been displayed for the past year under the moving back to plastic spools.
