Bonjout, Vendredi soir j’ai utiliser un filament flexible Tpu 95 sur le porte bobine extérieur puisque cela n’est pas possible dans le cfs. L’impression s’est pas trop mal passée mais le lendemain je vous dit pas la galère.
Roues de l’extrudeur encrassée provoquant des bouchages, Demontage de l’ensemble tete extrudeur, buse , purges et nettoyages des éléments refais tous les calibrages et maintenant ça va.

For printing TPU I recommend using the small tensioner inserts as can be found at 3D printer bestanden | 3MF | K2 Plus Extruder tensioner for TPU printing | Creality Cloud

Using them is quite easy, when using TPU, preferably from a spool holder directly above the printer instead of using the side-spool-holder, to minimize drag in the bowden tubing, insert one of these tensioners in the extruder, see the video with the stl model.
I usually use the 0.4 version, but you have to check your preferred thickness yourself.
Since using them, I never had problems with the TPU curling inside the extruder and jamming.
Of course, also very important, lower the extrusion rate/speed with TPU. In the Creality Print settings of the filament, I lowered the ‘max volumetric speed’ to 1.7 for TPU with a hardness of 90A. Work perfectly for me.
