Finding a workable QR code for the Mobile app

Hi there, I am new to using the K2 + CFS bundle and am very impressed with the quality of printing and the automation. I have just one query so far, which is where to find a QR code for the device in the iPhone app. The reflective one inside near the hot plate is for the Wiki, and the app scanner doesn’t like it anyway. There is a small QR code on the back of the machine at the bottom, which also does nothing.

Am I missing one on the big cardboard box instead? Where is this QR code? There doesn’t seem to be an option to enter the printer manually in the app. Perhaps it is generated by the printer when I connect to my network?

I’m sure I will have queries in the future, but for now all is good and the prints of the silica gel trays for the CFS are fantastic.

I already have it. That does not answer my query at all. What am I supposed to scan with the mobile app?

Hey Julian,

You can try this steps:

  1. Download APP Creality Cloud and login.
  2. In your printer, make sure that it have internet connection.
  3. Go to settings in the printer and go to the tab “account”.
  4. In your mobile app, in top right side, you have a icon to scan QR codes.
  5. Scan the QR codes that show’s at your printer.
  6. It should login you account in the printer.
