Hi,

Recently my K2 SE was upgraded to a new firmware with .66 as last numbers for that version.

The very big issue is when is finished everything appears in Chinese, and all the options to change languages are missing, even reseting all several times or trying to step back for the previous version, is not going to happens .

Please there is any body can help with this?

Hi Jose,

This may be a silly question but when you say try resetting is this via:

  • The reset in the menu on the printers display? or;
  • Loading the firmware back on?

If you haven’t tried loading the firmware on from fresh I’d strongly recommending trying this first as it sounds like something for corrupted or skipped during the update!

the link below is for the firmware - I’d try loading it via USB first with the latest version and if that fails try the previous version and stay on that until a fix is released.
