French store logistical issue

After many attempts to contact creality i turn to you all
Is anybody able to reach a creality sale representative to help get my K2+ printer please?

I purchased the printer from the French store on the 12th of January and the delivery by DHL Freight was supposed to happen on the 24th of January
Last info I have is that it returned to Köln on the 31st and is there since….
