Hello,
My K1c have been working perfect until I did two things out the ordinary:
- I used PLA with wood fibers.
- I tried to print a piece with a hidden metal piece inside and the printer noozle collided with the metal piece, but nothing else happened and the noozle doesn’t look damaged.
Since then, the printing doesn’t work. The funny thing is that the first layer is perfect, extrusion of philament is straight in nice and the noozle looks undamaged, but after 1-2 layers, the connection to undelying layer doesn’t work. So either the printer is trying to print in the air - resulting in filament “spagetti”, or the object is severely weak at this level and the object breaks when exposed very little force. I haven’t changed any settings - it happens when printing small and big objects and also when I print things from the printers memory (i.e things I have printed perfect before).
Where should I start in my search for errors? Software update, change noozle, examining the filament feeding mechanism?
Best regards, Johan
