Hello,
I’ve recently purchased a couple of hot ends for my Ender 3 v3 KE printer. I’ve noticed that all of these hot ends, both the standard and unicorn ones, the heater cartridges are able to rotate. When I say heater cartridge, I am referring to the heating element that has the two wires connected to it, that heats up the filament.
Is this by design, as I don’t recall any rotation on the original hot end? I’m concerned this rotation is a sign of poor thermal contact with the rest of the hot end.
If anyone can confirm this rotation is normal, or if there’s a way to address it (if it needs to be), please let me know.
Thank you so much!
