Help - Bed won't come back up - leveling sensor chip abnormalities, sensor damage

Hi, Ive had my new K1 Max for about a month and having not printed for a day or two I got the above message.

It’s like the bed is trying to home it won’t travel upwards. The plate just vibrates and travel downwards and won’t go back up. To the point it hit the bottom and made some loud bangs.

I’m now worried its damaged the machine and any help would be hugely appreciated
