Hey There! I have 2 printers and both “coincidentally “ disappeared from cloud app- when I attempted to reconnect following prompts- it’s asks to scan QR code on machine- neither of them would show QR code- ender 3 v said “iot initialization failed - and Creality Hi says QR code refresh failed 
I’m so frustrated because it seems they both had something happen after software update - I can’t print anything from either app or laptop
I started work ticket provided video and receipt ( everything less than 8 mos old) and no solution.. can someone on here help ?
