Horrendeous Support experience

I just need to vent, I recently bought a refurbished K1C, and was very happy with the printer, until I had a big nozzle clog that never fully went away, no problem, I ordered a official Creality Unicorn Nozzle kit to swap the nozzle, easy, right? No. The new nozzles don’t fit into the heat sink, the copper part of the nozzle that came with the printer is 4.76mm diameter and fits nicely, the new nozzles are 4.8mm exactly (correct, according to spec) and get stuck in the heat sink (guess how I found out, a hammer was involved)

But hey not a problem, lets ask Creality support about it, probably a known issue with tolerances.
”First answer, it’s your fault, there is a blob of molten filament”

Excuse me? I sent pictures of the diameter difference using calipers, no plastic has touched the nozzle, nor the aluminum heat sink, I asked for clarification and the only answer was a link to the nozzle changing video and a very patronizing “we know it’s hard to change a nozzle”

So I contacted the seller, creality_refurbished, and got the answer “please don’t use incompatible nozzles”

This is getting ridiculous, I literally sent pictures of the two nozzles side by side, they are identical down to the number. Is creality support just like that? Just random answers until I give up?

I am seriously considering returning the printer over a cheap aluminum part just because of the utter disrespect support is giving me.

Sorry, Rant -_-

Had the same experience. After approx. 8 hours of chat over several days. I finally asked, what would be better for Creality? If I return my new unit for a full refund including the housing kit and never buy anotherr CR product or you overnight a $24 part. I got my part the next day.
