I noticed my machine was starting to under extrude so what I did was heat up the nozzle to 250 and then I pulled it out. when I have it out I use the fine needle that one of my kits came with and I was able to push out the clog. What have you done to keep your printer running?
I had a clog recently and unfortunately when I used that needle, it snapped and became part of the clog.
I ended up just replacing the nozzle.
wow. you can try a hair dryer to remove the clog if the nozzle is out.
When I have a clog I follow this video tutorial
I am socking the nozzle in Methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) to soften the petg
i personally use the needle with the nozzle in place, heating it up and then inserting the needle to clear it up, after that i usually do two or three cold pulls
If I got a clogged nozzle first of all I will cut the filament. Heat up the Nozzle about 255c and let it warm up for 5 min or so. Remove the filament hub on the i7. Open up the extruder lifter and use the long metal pin to push out all the gunk got stuck at the heartbreak and nozzle. After that use the tiny needle to clean the tip of the Nozzle. Pushing the needle in from the tip of the Nozzle. Pushing and pulling in and out / spinning the needle a few times.
After that use the wire brush to clean up the rest.
