How to print with Ender3 V3 KE same speed as Creality provided 1-Boat.gcode?

Hello everyone. Thanks for all your help and information so far. The volumetric speed for the filament was the missing piece for me dragging these print times down.

I wanted to share my own finding from combing through the gcode and the slicer trying to replicate this: creality use much higher jerk limits. The benchy gcode provide constantly uses code M205 to switch between XY jerks of 30, 50 and 60. For me in Creality Print 6.1, the defaults were much lower (around 12). So, try increasing those to shave another minute or two off.

Thanks for the files, how do I use them?

Creality Print 6.2 doesn’t recognise them?

Thanks in advance,

Steve

Hi Steve. Not sure you can with 6.2 and haven’t really tried it myself. You can just open the files with a text editor like notepad and compare various settings with what you have already set for filament and printer.
Cheers Peter

1-Boat.gcode (Creality fast benchy) uses fasater than 500 mm/s speeds in some sections.

Up to 600 mm/s. Here is an example:

G1 F36000 X112.803 Y111.809 E2.29287

I am not sure what KE does with that, as its supposed max speed is 500mm/s.
