mine just started to drag today. Updated to 1.1.6.7 weeks ago. How has this issue been resolved for others? My extruder hot end was bent because of it. Any other parts to replace?

付いているなら歪みセンサーのエラーだと思います。
歪みセンサーのエラーはアップデートはあまり関係ないと思います。
エラーとアップデートを切り離した方が問題はシンプルだと思います。
サポートに状況写真と注文番号、シリアルナンバー（タッチパネルから見れます）を送る事です。
保証期間内なら交換部品を送ってくれます。
保証期間を過ぎた場合はまだ経験が無いので分かりません。
保証期間１年に２回も歪みセンサーが壊れ交換部品を送ってくれました。
歪みセンサーは消耗品として考えた方が良いと思っています。
thanks for the reply, i submitted the ticket yesterday with photos and the build plate was severely gouged/scratched from this, extruder bent. When i first tried to print something, i came back to the room to find the head was off into the front left corner, stuck and an unknown error shown with recommendation to power cycle the machine. I am not sure it is the strain gage given i successfully calibrated/completed auto leveling after restarting and just prior to this issue happening during a print start (the system did not show any errors auto leveling). I am open to replacing parts and seeing but i now need a new extruder, and not sure what else was damaged and I dont want to replace parts and have them damaged again. I am less than a year from purchase so hoping this is considered a warranty repair.
