Hyper PLA is rubbish

Hyper PLA from Creality is the best I’ve ever used. With discounts I get them for less than 14.00 each.

Looks like you are printing really fast, so you want to make sure that your nozzle is a high flow one that can handle 17-23 mm3 of flow. You will also probably need to increase the nozzle temperature to be able to keep the filament heated enough as it passes quickly through the nozzle. If not, it can plug the nozzle and jam up in the extruder. You might want to take apart the extruder to check for carnage, then put it back together, heat up the nozzle to about 260, and push the filament that’s inside the nozzle through with a nozzle cleaner tool (Creality makes a really good one for that). Then try printing again, but this time at about 240C.

It sounds like you may have a piece of filament stuck on your extruder wheels. You may want to remove the extruder and clean it out. This has happened to me before.

Coincidentally, I just had this problem last week, After over 3 years at it I got my first clogged extruder. I didn’t recognise it at first, so I ordered a new extruder while I stripped this one down. Like somebody in this thread said, it was a bit of filament jammed round the lower wheel and yellow PLA dust everywhere. I gave it a good clean out with a stiff toothbrush and it was fine. Rather than return the one I bought I’m keeping it as a spare. I’m glad the book is helping, everyone should have a copy by them. Very few people can glance at a print problem and say exactly what is causing and how to fix it, but Seans’s book comes close.
